Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") and the current national legislation on the protection of personal data, WHITECH S.r.l.s., as Data Controller, is required to make this information notice to natural persons, Interested , who ask to be informed about the services provided by WHITECH S.r.l.s.

2. Type of data processed – The personal data processed are collected directly from the interested parties through a specific registration function available on the WHITECH S.r.l.s. website. These common data are personal data (surname and name, ...) and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, ...). WHITECH S.r.l.s. does not process any "sensitive" or "particular" data (see Article 9 of the GDPR), if necessary, it will request consent in advance. The processing of data for each of the purposes listed below may take place using paper, automated or electronic means and, in particular, by ordinary mail or email, telephone (e.g. automated calls, SMS, MMS), fax and any other channel IT (e.g. websites, mobile apps).
3. Purpose, legal basis of the processing and mandatory provision of data – WHITECH S.r.l.s. processes the personal data provided for the following purposes: a) for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management and execution of customer relations, such as the management and execution of the contract, the assistance provided in relation to the services of WHITECH Srls (e.g. acquisition of information preliminary to the conclusion of a contract, provision of services, management of evolutionary requests, ...). The provision of personal data for these purposes and the related processing are necessary to the extent that the Customer's employees and collaborators deem it necessary to communicate them to WHITECH Srls to guarantee the effectiveness of the pre-contractual, supply and assistance activities carried out by WHITECH Srls itself. These processing operations do not require the consent of the data subjects. The legal basis of the processing is identified in the need to execute the contract stipulated with WHITECH S.r.l.s.
b) commercial information, offer of services of WHITECH S.r.l.s.; the provision of personal data for these purposes is not mandatory and the relative treatment requires the consent of the interested parties. Failure to provide consent will not affect the satisfaction of your requests but will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send you marketing communications; the legal basis of the processing is identified in the consent you have expressed;
c) communicate the data to companies related to WHITECH S.r.l.s., as well as to partner companies of the same belonging to related sectors, which will be able to process them to send commercial and/or promotional communications on products and services of the aforementioned companies, as well as carry out market research (“Third Party Marketing”). The processing of data for each of the above purposes may take place in the manner provided with the consent of the interested party.
4. Categories of recipients of personal data: personal data, within the limits and with the purposes indicated, may be communicated or become known and therefore be processed by:
A. employees of WHITECH S.r.l.s. expressly appointed (marketing, technical, ...);
B. consultants of WHITECH S.r.l.s., companies that provide IT services (site management, internet services, ...) possibly in their capacity as external data processors;
C. subjects who can access the data by virtue of the law, or community legislation, within the limits established by law; The complete list of recipients is available at the owner's office.
5. Data retention period: the data processed to provide the Service will be kept by the Company for the period deemed strictly necessary to achieve these purposes. Furthermore, the Data processed to provide the Service may be kept for a longer period, in order to be able to manage any disputes related to the provision of the Service. The Data processed for Marketing purposes will be kept by the Company from the moment in which the interested party has given his consent until such consent is revoked. In the event that consent is revoked, the Data can no longer be processed for the aforementioned purpose but could still be kept in order to manage any disputes and/or disputes.
6. Transfer of data abroad: the processing is carried out exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. Automated decision making: Any automated decision making is excluded.
8. Rights of the interested party: the Data Controller informs that, with reference to the data provided, the natural persons who operate in the name and on behalf of WHITECH Srls Customers have the following rights:
A. of access (art. 15 of the Regulation);
B. to obtain the rectification or cancellation of personal data (Articles 16 and 17 of the Regulation);
C. to request the limitation of the treatment (art. 18 of the Regulation);
D. to oppose the processing (art. 21 of the Regulation);
E. to the portability of electronic data that are subject to automated processing (art. 20 of the Regulation);
F. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - Privacy Guarantor (Article 77 of the Regulation);
G. of withdrawal of consent (pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation).
